Join us in celebrating 30 years! Summer 2026 marks three decades of nostalgia in Tomelilla. Step into a world of memories and relive the most vibrant decades of the 20th century. Nostalgicaf\u00e9 the 50\u2019s is more than just a museum; it is an immersive experience where you wander through authentic settings from days gone by. Stand at the counter of the old general store, peek into the hair salon, the cobbler\u2019s shop, or the print shop. Here, generations come together among the toys that you, your parents, or your grandparents once cherished.<\/p>\n

At the heart of our 2,400-square-meter exhibition lies a passion for vehicles and design. Admire iconic items such as Cobra telephones and pastel-colored toasters, and be amazed by over 100 vehicles\u2014including several unique, world-class custom cars.<\/p>\n

A History Built on Passion<\/b><\/p>\n

It all began in the 1980s when founder Kaj Persson, together with his brother Jan-\u00c5ke and father Karl-Inge, built award-winning custom cars that toured across Europe. As the collection of vintage memorabilia grew, they moved into an old chicken farm in Tryde, just outside Tomelilla. Now, we are proud to celebrate 30 years of history and craftsmanship.<\/p>\n
